Download WhatsApp from the App or Play store to your smart phone. Add Q Health Pharmacy as a contact using the number 087 149 1898. This is easy to do, and won’t take long.
Take a photo of the prescription, both front and back, making sure you have filled out any exemptions on the back. The photos need to be clear, so take them in a well lit area, and use flash if necessary.
Using WhatsApp, send a message, with the photos attached, to Q Health Pharmacy (087 149 1898). Don’t forget to check our opening hours!
A member of our staff will reply to confirm that we have received your prescription and we’ll let you know as soon as your prescription is ready for collection.
When you come to the pharmacy please make sure to bring the paper prescription with you, as without this, we cannot dispense your medication.
